	Look at http://build.mozilla.org/builds/running.html, and sort by 'Running Since'. Jobs that have been taking way too long are probably hung. You can do the same thing for pending.html with 'Submitted at' to catch jobs for builders we disappeared, or spot other issues. eg win7x64 talos slaves going silent.
