-We're currently waiting to see if there are any major changes coming to the on-the-wire protocol.  There were some items left that came out of the recent IETF meeting at the end of March that may require some code changes.
+Protocol -07 is about done, and working group is in last call.  There are some API things that still need doing, but the protocol bits should be about done, which means we can land.
