-Great news! Each team has their own official gear budget for 2013. These "allocations" have been assigned to each team based on the number of paid staff and volunteers on their team. It doesn't sound like fun (or at least to some), but we need be able to track what we spend, when we go over budget, and have the flexibility to get more if needed. Putting paper work aside, it means that all teams have the power to reward and recognize other Mozillians.
