**I thing it's a very good idea, that anybody could choose between the two interfaces, although i thing it would increase performance anyway just adding the close button on the right. It would be like an hybrid between the two previous firefox versions, if we keep the actual close buttons of each tab like firefox 2.0.x and we just add the close button on the right like like firefox 1.5.x.
