Cookie Management, User Notification JEP

I'm surprised that cookie management isn't included in this list. Seems like cookie mgmt might fall into the 80%, no? Also, what about user-notification via notification boxes or alert service, etc? --Ericjung 01:37, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
