This has been moved to "Adding new talos tests" page.
These are the steps needed to enable a new talos suites:

NOTE: See bug 745500 for a full example

• file a releng bug
• attach a buildbot-configs/mozilla-tests/config.py patch that adds the new suite
• attach a graphs/sql/data.sql patch to add the new graph definitions
• file an Server Operations: Database bug for IT to manually add the insert statements to the graph server
• once the patches are approved and the databases updated we can land the patches and do a reconfiguration of our masters

Non-blocer steps:

• file a tbpl bug to add the new suite (e.g. patch)
• file a Server Operation: Developer Services bug for IT to update tbpl.mozilla.org to show the new suite (e.g. bug 743595)
