If a Panda Relay Board fails to accept commands from mozpool but the web UI is still accessible, it can be reset remotely.
Log in to the web UI with the relay board username and password (found in the relops password file) eg. http://panda-relay-001.p127.releng.scl3.mozilla.com/
From the home page, click on the Reboot link under the Administration section on the left hand page. Then click the reboot button.
This will reset the relay controller chip and should reestablish communications.
