Several communication channels are used in the Thunderbird project, including newsgroups, forums and mailing lists.

This page is generally replaced by the project's Get Involved page.

How to subscribe

Newsgroups are accessible through a newsgroup client (Thunderbird handles newsgroups). Mozilla newsgroups are also available as google groups, or as a mailing list - Forums list.

If you're a user

  • Get help from the community by visiting Thunderbird support. Volunteers read this forum and help as best as they can.
  • If English is not your preferred language, please check find unofficial support in the language you need in Support based on language.
  • Unofficial support newsgroup for Thunderbird. Not monitored by Thunderbird but maintained by volunteers. mozilla.support.thunderbird ("mst" newsgroup)
