Migration
- Status check: are we good to go for 1/22?
- smoke test tracker bug 619811
- still waiting on PHX setup(?)
- metrics working with cloudera on hbase transfer perf issues, will keep laura updated
- may want to release mware patch for PHX to read from SJC if data missing from PHX
