  • Config complexity has blocked us from shipping twice in a row, and caused problems shipping on numerous other occasions.
    • Review it, see where we can simplify. (lars, rhelmer?) (see Bug 938268)
    • Improve integration tests. Run them in anticipation of config changes. (peterbe, rhelmer)

  • migrate crashanalysis configs from sp-web* to socorro*.webapp.phx
  • extracting secrets from config files + Puppet managed templates for secret includes
  • move prod to use rsync based deploys (like stage does)
