Overview
We are the Firefox Desktop Retention Durable Team (AKA FDR Durable Team and Team Roosevelt). Our goal is create a cohesive experience for users that have downloaded Firefox and their first 6 week expereince, improve our understanding of what keeps users using Firefox, and create a new process for increasing our velocity of testing.

Sprint Meetings

Sprint Planning Meeting | Every other Monday (first day of Sprints) | Core Team is required | Stakeholders may listen in, This meeting lasts as long as it takes |
Daily Stand-Ups (15 minutes only) | 9:45am Pacific Everyday - Tuesday-Friday first week of Sprints, Monday-Friday second week of Sprints | Core Team is required | Anyone is welcome to listen, but may not speak, take all questions offline to Jenny or Chris |
Sprint Review Meeting | 10am Pacific every other Friday | Everyone is welcome | This is where we show the work completed in the sprint, it's a place to ask questions and give feedback |
Sprint Retrospective Meeting | end of Sprint | Core Team Only | No One else is invited to this meeting |
