Deprecation rampage

• used SchemaCrawler to generate a graph of the database's schema
  • that's somewhat useful
  • but since we are missing a lot of foreign keys, especially on ``reports_clean``, not so much
  • also a lot of "relations" are inside stored procedures
• first goal is to get rid of the reports_clean table
