  • Feb 28 - Deadline for 360 performance reviews
  • Mar 17-19 - Fellows Summit in Berlin
  • Mar 25 - MoFo Monthly Call

What's Moving This Week

  • Performance reviews: Completing 360 reviews for peers, managers, self and team members
  • Finalizing team plans: detailing activities and roadmaps, finalizing team OKRs (All)
  • Preparing for the CanIGF event on March 30th in Montreal. If you have questions or wish to attend, reach out to Sarah W.
  • Mark is participating in a workshop on data trusts tomorrow in London. This is a follow-up with partners to explore data trust funding. He also has a follow up call with the European organizing partners of the role of foundations in AI events. This will explore next steps including preparing a concept note for the wider group of partners.
  • MozFest site visit in Amsterdam (Bob, Sarah A, Marc)
  • Prep for new MozFest city announcement (MozFest Team)
  • Host orgs for the Tech & Society track are applying in the next 2 wks — invite only. Read about this new partnership with Ford here(Melissa)
  • Planning for IFF. If you're attending, please add your info here(Amy)
  • Planning for Fellows Summit (March 17-19) in Berlin (Ann Marie and Janice)

Minutes From the Last Executive Team Weekly Meeting

  • No executive team meeting last week. Executives met with directors for a monthly leadership call where they debriefed All Hands and Angela provided an overview of the budget, including a look at 2019 financials.
