Congratulations! Your project is approved and you want to get started.

The follow documentation will help you get you moving in the right direction. At a minimum, the following items should be done for all major projects.

  1. Create a project hub
  2. Document responsibilities
  3. Design for participation and contribution
  4. Create tracking bug
  5. Define key deliverable dates
  6. Define communication channels
  7. Create notes hub
  8. Schedule a kick-off meeting
  9. Update project dashboard and change status column to "Active"
  10. Communicate new initiative
