Congratulations! Your project is approved and you want to get started.
The follow documentation will help you get you moving in the right direction. At a minimum, the following items should be done for all major projects.
- Create a project hub
- Document responsibilities
- Design for participation and contribution
- Create tracking bug
- Define key deliverable dates
- Define communication channels
- Create notes hub
- Schedule a kick-off meeting
- Update project dashboard and change status column to "Active"
- Communicate new initiative
